Rates for Kubu Cempaka
USD 170 single nights and per day over 1 weekend
USD 150 per day for full week occupancy (7 nights)
USD 130 per day for 8 to 30 days,
For long term rentals
USD 1,300 per month from 1 to 12 months
(cost for electricity and staff as well as disbursements must be added and paid directly to villa management on real cost basis.)
Car Rental
RP 240.000 for 24 hours
Airport pickup/drop off RP100,000 each way
Driver to be paid separately at RP30,000 for 8 hours and RP20,000 per hour overtime
